Daisy is a seasoned social impact & sustainability strategy director, working with brands committed to business for good. Clients include IKEA, H&M, Oxfam GB, Finisterre, the Diversity Standards Collective, the Diversity Network and the Museum of London. She works with the UK’s leading purpose-driven brand and advertising agencies as a strategy consultant and was the founder of the UK’s only non-profit diverse creative agency, creating space for minoritised voices to belong. One of the Top 50 Most Influential Neurodivergent Women of 2022, Daisy is a gay, neurodivergent mother of three, passionate about impact through storytelling. She is also a highly-regarded speaker and event host on EDI&B, growth mindset and holistic impact & sustainability strategy for purpose-driven business. She is the Chair of Inclusive Line-ups for Surfing England – the National Governing Body for surfing in England - and is currently writing her first book on measuring creativity outcomes for social impact.
